HR Assistant Executive

Job Description

This post holder has responsible to assist the coordination and ensure the administration of Remuneration and Benefits, Employee shared service function with SOP and company HR policy. Ensure that all sectors are implemented to align with HR objectives and in compliance with legal and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Ensure to maintain proper record of all staff benefits in line company policy and HR SOP
- Interpret and implement Human Resources policies/process/guidelines regarding administration, benefits, compensation, etc. Should be able to propose for improvement of HR policy as necessary
- Manage and monitor internal HR systems and databases, employee information collection, analysis and reporting; ensures on data integrity, data analysis and prepare data analysis
- Ensure to support on HR operational issue and employee benefits related complaints as necessary
- Make sure to check all benefit balance to be correct with entitlement
- Prepare communications to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government‐mandated disclosures
- Work closely with Finance and sector HR Leads for funding and charging process
- Work closely with IT and HR digital team for system enhancement and process development
- Perform New process development (Process optimization)
- Manage and maintain HR service level agreement (SLA)
- Ensure the HR data integrity and keep confidentiality
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor depend on the urgent and important needs

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree holder and preferable in related educational background
- Familiar with using various HR system and strong analytical skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in HR background
- Good in English
