IT Infrastructure Executive

Job Description

Responsible to deliver solutions and support IT initiatives to business users within City Holdings Group and will be working closely with Group IT Head in providing design, comprehensive delivery and support services of Corporate IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Responsible for designing, implementation and troubleshooting the groups IT services (Network, System and Applications) to meet the functional objects of the business
Interface with sector IT teams or business users to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness
Take ownership in planning and managing computer applications, operations and production support, systems and database administration and network operations
Prepare specification, evaluation, negotiations for the supply of hardware, software, services and/or maintenance
Liaise closely with vendors and business users in project implementation and ensure required SLA is met for smooth delivery of various systems and applications provided.
Develop documentation on each work and conduct training to relevant business users
With close cooperation with sector IT teams, ensure the infrastructure teams are mitigating, monitoring and managing infrastructure related risks
Defines / recommends and implementing corporate IT policies according to corporate standard
Implement IT continuous improvement and security awareness programs
Work closely with project team members line managers for time allocation and prioritization
Provide in depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives
Demonstrates people skills and working with different teams

Job Requirements

At least 3-5 years experiences including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations
Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
Experience in areas such as network design and administration, data center operations, database administration, and systems programming and administration
Understanding of ITIL or Standard IT System practices
Ability to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage internal and external projects from inception to completion
Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations
Skill in abstracting creative solutions as well as documenting them and presenting
Ability to develop and deliver projects using leading edge technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment
