Marketing Manager (Food City)

Job Description

To build market leading brands through consumer insights across various categories and by efficiently leveraging A&P budget across different advertising channels and building a strong collaborative team


- Responsible for all marketing activities within the business from creating & implementing NPDs & entire Marketing mix
- Development & application of valuable insights on target markets, channels, key trends and competitors
- Identify and communicate potential new business opportunities to stakeholders
- Development and execution of three-year strategic plans and annual Integrated brand plans including strategic go to market along with short term & long term KPIs
- Develop and deliver highly effective multi-channel marketing campaigns, media planning and buying & liaise with external agencies
- Monitor and analyze data to optimize campaign activity and effectiveness & report on effectiveness vs KPIs
- Maintain effective internal communications to stakeholders to inform of marketing objectives and activities
- Evaluate and refine social media presence including website content
- Development and management of direct reports

Job Requirements

- The successful candidate must have 5 to 8 years of Marketing experience in FMCG industry
- Post Graduate in Marketing
- Experience across the full marketing mix in Myanmar or any other country
- Comfortable running hands on campaigns across Paid Media, CRM and wider marketing activity including Digital marketing
- Proven ability in feeding leads/data in to the sales team
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong data analysis skills, with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- A driven, dynamic individual looking for strong progression opportunity
- Having a hybrid background in commercial and trade marketing will be an added advantage
