Job Description

The Executive Assistant is responsible for representing the values of City Ventures and working in a highly collaborative manner within the organization with consistent delivery of exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- To assist and acting as the point of contact between CEO and employees/ management Teams of portfolio companies in order to provide general administrative and secretarial support services with professional interactions
- Manage multiple calendars to accommodate shifting priorities; ensure all parties impacted by required changes are treated with courtesy and professionalism
- Present in non-prioritized meetings on behalf of CEO to represent CV and its portfolios
- Arranging and handling other administrative duties (such as, organize travel and accommodation arrangements (both domestic and international), manage communication including emails and phone calls, maintain and order office supplies, maintain effective records for necessary docs, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf, Taking a meeting minutes when necessary, etc.,)
- Understand financial statements and be able analyse business performance and to identify investment opportunities during the meetings to provide key takeaways to CEO Research and compile informational reports as assigned by CEO
- Work together with CV and Hub teams to deliver objectives assigned by executives
- Any Other ad-hoc assignment is not specifically listed in this document may be assigned to you from time to time

Job Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Law related fields
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an executive assistant or corporate secretarial
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills required
- Ability to record and transcribe meeting minutes in professional format required
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, interpersonal, and problem solving, decision-making skills, and exceptional attention to detail skills
- Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and outlooks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to effectively communicate and provide customer service
- Working experience or insight in finance is a plus
- Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary
- Familiarity with the online booking tool for business purpose
- Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
