IT Manager (City Food Concepts)

Job Description

To be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems, related applications, network, hardware and software used within City Food Concept (CFC). The IT Manager will work closely with the IT Head from City Holdings to identify, develop, implement, and support cost effective technology solutions in line with the organization’s strategic vision.

Responsibilities

Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day IT operations of CFC, including the company ERP, software applications, communications and connectivity.
Negotiates with supplier and prepare contracts and SAL’s for supply hard hardware, software, services and/or maintenance
Prepare budgets and control of IT spending
Ensure system performance and SLA's are met
Manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands
Ability to successfully manage new system development and enhancements to existing systems.
Perform project management of all IT initiatives.
Define and document business process model, showing end-to-end business process
Develop documentation on each work and conduct training to relevant business users
Managing project scope, preparing project plans, project milestones and deliverables in consultation with business users and vendor
• Liaise closely with vendors and business users in project implementation and ensure required SLA is met for smooth delivery of various systems and applications provided.
• Demonstrates people skills and working with different teams

Job Requirements

A degree in Computer Science or relevant field
At least 3-5 Years in related experience
Handson experience with Odoo and MIT ERP systems will be benefit
Experienced in software development life cycle
Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
Initiative and pay attention to details
Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills: able to listen to customers at all technical levels, document requirements quickly & accurately, and review written materials for accuracy.
Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environment
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
